A Gift of Care for the Winter Season
As we enter the holiday season, I’m bringing together my clients and special friends for an afternoon with renowned herbalist, author, and teacher Rosemary Gladstar.
This gathering is my way of celebrating you and expressing my gratitude for your friendship, trust, and support.
Returning to her hometown, where her herbal journey began, Rosemary will share some of her favorite herbs for winter health and demonstrate how to make two classic herbal preparations:
What to Expect❋ Elderberry SyrupA traditional seasonal preparation made with elderberries and warming herbs.
A beloved herbal tonic that was first created in the kitchen of the California School of Herbal Studies near Forestville.
❋ Fire CiderDuring the afternoon, we’ll sample both preparations, enjoy tea and refreshments, and have time to meet Rosemary and visit with one another.
You’ll also take home:
Rosemary’s elderberry syrup and fire cider recipes
Herbal goodies for the winter season
A special treat from me
