What does Oakmont have to offer?

In honor of my gorgeous listing at 7414 Oakmont Drive, I put together a video tour of the incredible amenities Oakmont has to offer. And believe me — I could only fit a fraction into this short highlight!

Oakmont is such a unique community in the North Bay — there’s really nothing else like it. When I first moved to Sonoma County and heard about Oakmont, I assumed it was an assisted living facility. The reality couldn’t be more different. Oakmont is a vibrant 55+ neighborhood where I always see cyclists on the roads, couples strolling hand in hand, neighbors walking their dogs, and friends gathering at the golf courses or pools. It’s truly inspiring to see people living life to the fullest in their later years.

AND the majority of homes are owner-occupied single family homes, with the freedom to rent, sell, or pass on to family, just like any other home.
