New Listing: Human Video Tour!

I’m excited to share a new listing with you—1934 Verbena Drive here in Santa Rosa.

It’s a spacious home with a great layout, a grand entry with vaulted ceilings, and a number of recent updates already completed, all set close to a neighborhood park.

I also wanted to say thank you for the thoughtful feedback on my recent email about experimenting with AI video—I truly appreciated it. That video used real photos without altering the home itself, and I’ll continue to be intentional as I explore how these tools evolve.
