How Much Is the Right Realtor Worth?
In 2025 Alone, I Have Negotiated Over $175,000 for My Clients
As a real estate agent, my top priority is simple: protecting my clients’ pocket book and getting them the best deal possible. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling a longtime property, having a strategic, experienced negotiator on your side can make a massive difference — and 2025 has been proof of that.
This year, I had the privilege of representing amazing clients, both buyers and sellers, across Sonoma County, and together we have closed some fantastic deals. Here’s a quick snapshot of how the numbers added up:
Total negotiated value in 2025: $175,147
That’s $175,147 in savings and added value I secured on behalf of my buyers and sellers — through careful pricing strategy, savvy negotiations, and hands-on marketing that helped my listings stand out.
Here’s how it broke down:
Sellers: using multiple counter-offers (which many agents are too lazy to use) I negotiated above-asking sales, with one seller walking away with $41,000 over list price
Buyers: I helped multiple buyers secure significant price reductions, with one saving $29,000 off, between purchase price and further credits negotiated during the investigation period
Every one of my buyers have gotten in under asking price, seller credits, or both!
These numbers aren’t just stats — they represent real families achieving big goals: buying their first home, upsizing to make room for little ones that are on the way, or selling a home that no longer fit their lifestyle.
