I’m honored to share that I have received the 2026 California Association of REALTORS® Rising Star Award.
The award recognizes REALTORS® who are making an impact in their communities and helping shape the future of the real estate industry in California. I’m grateful to be recognized among a few selected professionals from across the state who care deeply about the way we serve our clients, colleagues, and communities.
What Leadership in Real Estate Means to Me
To me, leadership begins internally.
Real estate often involves high-pressure decisions, difficult conversations, competing priorities, and significant financial and emotional stakes. Leadership shows up in how we respond during those moments.
It means having the courage to communicate clearly, staying grounded when a transaction becomes difficult, acting with integrity, and consistently putting the client’s interests first.
Those principles guide the way I approach my work as a Sonoma County REALTOR®.
Whether I am helping someone sell a longtime family home, purchase their first property, relocate to Sonoma County, or navigate a complicated negotiation, my goal is to provide clear advice, strong advocacy, and thoughtful representation.

Buying or selling a home requires an enormous amount of trust. I never take lightly the responsibility of representing someone through one of the largest financial decisions they may make.
Receiving the California Association of REALTORS® Rising Star Award is meaningful because it reflects the kind of real estate practice I hope to continue building here in Sonoma County: one centered on integrity, service, strong negotiation, and genuine care for the people I represent.
